Hawaiian Huacamole

INGREDIENTS

1 small tomato, peeled, finely chopped
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 ripe avocado
Pepper and onion salt, to taste
1 cut clove of garlic

Chop peeled tomato and celery stalks into tiny pieces.

Slice avocado in half lengthwise, remove pit, peel, and mash with a fork, working until it is almost a paste. Add the chopped celery and tomato. Season to taste with onion salt and pepper.

Rub a small serving bowl with 1 cut clove of garlic. Put mixture in bowl and place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or potato chips.
