Gnocchi Gruyére with Sour Cream

INGREDIENTS 1/2 pound grated Swiss cheese
1 cup heavy sour cream
4 egg yolks
Salt, pepper, or dry mustard
3 tablespoons flour
ButterMix 1/2 pound Swiss cheese with 1 cup heavy sour cream, 4 egg yolks, salt, pepper or dry mustard, and 3 tablespoons of flour. Mix well until thoroughly blended.
Lightly butter a frying pan. Place spoonfuls of this mixture into the pan and fry until golden brown, first on one side and then on the other.
