Stuffed Eggs Curried

INGREDIENTS

6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespooons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Curry powder, to taste
3 strips fried bacon, finely minced
Chutney, optional

Cut hard-boiled eggs in half. Remove yolks and mash.

Blend yolks with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and curry powder to taste. Add finely minced fried bacon. Blend.

Place in refrigerator. Just before serving, put a few dabs of chutney on the top of each egg, if desired.
