Cocktail Cheese Puff

INGREDIENTS 1 egg
1/2 pound grated Cheddar cheese
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
Salt and pepper, to tastePreheat broiler.
Beat 1 egg and add to 1/2 pound grated Cheddar cheese. Stir well. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Beat.
Spread on rounds of toast, arranging mixture higher in the center than on the sides. Place under broiler and cook rapidly for a minute or two.
NOTE: Leave broiler door open and watch the rounds carefully.
