Cauliflower Flowerlets

INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup horseradish
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package cream cheese
1 small head raw cauliflowerMix 1/4 cup horseradish, 1/4 cup chili sauce, 1/2 cup sour cream, and a package of cream cheese, mashed, until well blended. Set in refrigerator in serving bowl.
When ready to serve, place sauce bowl in center of a round plate and surround with the separated flowerlets of 1 small head of raw cauliflower.
