Caramel Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1-1/4 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup corn syrup
4 tablespoons boiling water
3/4 cup half cream, half milk

Dissolve 1-1/4 cups brown sugar in 2/3 cup corn syrup and 4 tablespoons boiling water.

Add 3/4 cup half milk, half cream and cook until thick and very smooth.
