Brazil Nuts Rolled In Bacon

INGREDIENTS

12 Brazil nuts
1 tablespoon butter
Salt
6 slices bacon

Preheat broiler.

Fry 12 Brazil nuts in 1 tablespoon melted butter. Remove and salt.

Cut 6 slices of raw bacon in half. Wrap each nut in half slice of bacon. Broil in the oven, turning so that all sides of the bacon are evenly browned.

NOTE - Brazil nuts must be fresh. Old ones are dry and tasteless.
