Apple and Banana Soup with Curry

INGREDIENTS 1 pint chicken stock or consommé
1 apple
1 banana
1 potato
1 onion
1 pint cream
1 tablespoon curry powder
ChivesHeat 1 pint chicken stock or consommé. Cut up apple, banana, potato and onion; and cook in the broth until soft. Mash through a strainer.
Add cream and curry powder. Place in the refrigerator until cold. Serve thoroughly chilled and sprinkled with minced chives.
Makes 6 servings
