Bread Stuffing For Poultry

INGREDIENTS 1 quart bread
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion, minced
1 large egg, slightly beaten
Water
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Giblets from poultry, partially cooked and chopped fineSoak the bread in cold water and squeeze out as dry as possible. Add the seasoning ingredients and melted butter; mix thoroughly. Add the beaten egg, the heart, liver and gizzard, prepared as above. Mix well. Use for stuffing fowl.
