Filled Peppers with Meat

INGREDIENTS 1-1/2 pounds ground beef*
1 cup Corn Flakes, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can tomato soup
3 tablespoons rice, uncooked
2 large eggs, well beaten
6 green bell peppersMix the rice, meat, cornflakes, eggs and seasonings together. Cut tops off the peppers and soak in hot water for about 5 minutes. Scoop out the seeds and fill with the meat mixture.
Place in a large pan, add the tomato soup and let cook for 1 hour in a 300 degree oven.
NOTE - Use half ground beef and half ground pork, if desired.
