INGREDIENTS 1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 pound cream cheese, softened
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup half-and-half
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (9-inch) lightly prebaked pie shellPrepare pie crust and line a deep-dish pie pan with pastry; bake at 400 degrees until starting to brown.
Mix flour and sugar together; add the cream cheese and mix throughly. Beat eggs slightly, add the cream and vanilla and combine with first mixtxure.
Pour into pastry shell which has been baking. Remove only long enough to pour in filling. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
