Tortellini Supper

INGREDIENTS

8-ounces tortellini or 2-1/2 cups medium macaroni shells
Butter
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
1-1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook pasta accroding to directions on package; drain.

Sauté mushrooms in butter 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in pasta and peas; cook 3 to 5 minutes.

Just before serving stir in 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Salt and pepper, to taste.
