Heart-Smart Pesto Pasta Salad (Low-Fat)

INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup cholesterol-free reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, peeled
2 cups cooked rotelle
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts, optionalIn a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, basil, vinegar and garlic; blend or process until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, tomatoes and green pepper. Add basil dressing; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until well chilled.
To serve, sprinkle with pine nuts.
