INGREDIENTS

DUMPLINGS

2 cups self-rising flour
1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsely
Salt, to taste
Water, enough to wet flour

In a bowl, mix flour, parsley, salt, and just enough water to wet the flour. Roll out on a floured board; cut into square-shaped pieces with a pizza cutter or sharp knife.

CHICKEN BROTH

4 cups chicken broth, canned or homemade
2 cups water
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups cooked chicken slices

Stir together the first 4 ingredients in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil.

Gradually place dough slices in boiling broth mix. Cover and cook on medium to low heat for about 15 minutes.

Add cooked chicken and stir. Let sit at least 20 minutes before serving.
