Pumpkin Kebabs

INGREDIENTS 2 pounds pumpkin, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
8 small tomatoes, halved
2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled for 10 minutes and cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
OilThread the pumpkin cubes onto skewers, alternating them with the tomato halves and the cubes of half-cooked potatoes. Brush the skewers with oil and cook them on the grill for 15 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked and browned.
