Marinated Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS 2 pounds small fresh mushrooms
OIL AND VINEGAR MARINADE
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon saltIn a large jar, combine all the marinade ingredients. Shake vigorously. Add the mushrooms and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Drain off the marinade, skewer the mushrooms and grill them, turning them frequently, until golden brown - about 5 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8
