INGREDIENTS 2 cups water
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup vinegar
2 bay leaves
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
2 stalks celery with leaves, chopped
6 Juniper berries, crushedCombine all the ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Apply to meat and refrigerate 2 to 48 hours.
