Curried Broiled Chicken

INGREDIENTS Two - (2 pound chickens), cut into serving pieces
1 cup grated onion
1/2 cup strained, fresh lemon juice
2-1/4 teaspoons salt
8 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons curry powderMake a marinade with the onion, lemon juice and 1 1/2 teaspoons of the salt. Add the chicken pieces, cover, and marinate them for 2 hours at room temperature or for 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator.
Mix together the butter, curry powder and the remaining salt.
Grill the chicken over coals, 6 inches from the heat for 20 to 25 minutes - basting the pieces with both the onion and the curry marinades and turning the chicken pieces several times.
