Florida Cool Breeze Lime Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
2 tablespoons almonds, very finely ground

8-ounces cream cheese, softened
14-ounces Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated
8-ounces lime or lemon yogurt
1 teaspoon lime peel or zest
1/3 cup lime juice
1 drop green food coloring, optional
1-3/4 cups Whipped topping, thawed

FOR FILLING - Beat cream cheese in large bowl at medium speed until fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk, gradually, until well blended. Beat in yogurt, lime, peel, lime juice and food coloring, if used, until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

Spoon into cooled, baked pie shell. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

Garnish with additional whipped topping, lime slices and almonds.
