Creamy Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS

8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (8-ounce) container Onion and Chive Cream Cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, butter and salt with an electric mixer. Spoon mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for about 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
