Vanilla Pudding Parfait

Never a bad idea - according to Donkey on Shrek, it is the best dessert. My family thinks so too.
Use your favorite fruit in season. Add leftover cake or some store bought pound cake for a triffle effect. Perfect dessert for family or company. Whips up in minutes.
INGREDIENTS
2 large peaches, pits removed, thinly sliced, or favorite fruit
1/4 cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cloves, optional
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 (4-serving size) Instant Vanilla Pudding, prepared according to package directionsPlaced sliced peaches, sugar, juice and spices in a medium bowl, mix gently. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rest on a kitchen counter for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain liquid from peach mixture.
Layer peaches and pudding into serving dishes, finishing with fruit layer on top. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to 30 minutes.
