Taco Crunch Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
8-ounces frozen sweet corn
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
2/3 cup water
8-ounces salsa, pick your heat level
4 cups crushed corn chips
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and onion together. Add green pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add corn, taco mix, water and salsa. Spread half in a 11 x 7-inch baking pan. Top with half the chips and half the cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve immediately.
