Buttery Chocolate Snacking Cake

INGREDIENTS 1 (18.5-ounce) package Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Fudge Cake Mix
6 egg whites
1 cup water
1/4 cup Crisco oil
Confectioners' sugar, optionalPreheat oven to 375 degrees. Oil a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Flour lightly.
Combine cake mix, egg whites, water and oil in a large bowl. Beat at low speed of electric mixer until moistened. Then beat at high speed 4 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 28 to 32 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar lightly over top of cooled cake, if desired.
