Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

6 red potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons bottled Real Bacon Bits
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Vegetable cooking spray

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Spoon potato mixture into an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

Makes 4 servings
