Grilled Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 loaf French bread
1/2 cup butter or olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Cut into individual slices about 1-inch thick. Brush the cut surfaces with the garlic butter. Arrange on the grill and turn when golden brown, about 2 to 4 minutes per side. Serve immediately.

You can also prepare under a preheated broiler, just watch your timing.
