Eclair Cake

So easy! Rich and delicious, this recipe is quick to assemble and requires no cooking - just your refrigerator.
INGREDIENTS
1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8-ounce) container frozen Cool Whip, thawed
1 can prepared Chocolate Frosting
1 box Graham CrackersMix the pudding according to package directions. Fold in Cool Whip; blend well.
In a 13 x 9-inch cake pan, layer 1/3 box of Graham Crackers, than add half the pudding mixture. Sprinkle with another layer of Graham Crackers and cover with the rest of the pudding. Top with the last 1/3 of the Graham Crackers. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
Frost with the prepared frosting. Cover and keep refrigerated.
