Lime Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

1 to 1-1/4 pounds fresh asparagus
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Dash of pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Break off tough ends of asparagus at point where stalks snap easily.

Arrange asparagus in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12 x 7-1/2 x 2-inches. Cover and bake until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat butter, lime juice, garlic salt and pepper over low heat until butter is melted; drizzle over asparagus.

Makes 4 servings
