Peas 'N' Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon minced garlic, optional
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 dash thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 bag frozen peas, prepared according to package directions

Sauté mushrooms and garlic in butter until liquid evaporates. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour over peas and stir to coat.

Makes 4 servings
