Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

INGREDIENTS

CAKE

1 (18.25-ounce) Duncan Hines Moist Delux Lemon Cake Mix
1-1/4 cups water
3 egg whites
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/3 cup vegetable oil

GLAZE

1 cup confectioners' sugar
3 to 4 teaspoons lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan.

Empty the cake mix into a large bowl. Add water, egg whites, poppy seed and vegetable oil. Prepare, bake, and cool following package directions.

When cake is done, remove and let cool. Combine the confectioners' sugar and lemon juice. Stir until well blended. Drizzle over top of cake.
