Green Beans with Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

1 quart cooked green beans
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1 cup canned tomatoes
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Melt butter. Sauté green beans, onion, and green pepper until lightly browned.

Mix flour, salt, and pepper with tomatoes. Add to green bean mixture and cook slowly for 6 to 8 minutess.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
