Roasted Corn with Red Peppers

INGREDIENTS 6 ears fresh corn
1/3 cup melted butter
1 sweet red pepper, diced
2 fresh red chili peppers, seeds removed, diced very finely
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to tasteRemove the husks and silk from the corn and place each ear on a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. (If you don't have heavy-duty, use a double thickness of thinner foil). Brush the corn on all sides with the melted butter. Sprinkle the sweet red pepper pieces and finely diced red chili pepper over each ear of corn. Add the salt and pepper, to taste and seal tightly.
Bake at 450 degrees for about 30 minutes. (If you choose, you can do this on a grill, but cooking time will be longer).
