Pasta with Garlic and Cheese

INGREDIENTS

1 pound angel hair or spaghetti
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chopped leaf parsley
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese

Cook the pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, sauté the garlic in the olive oil for about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Combine the parsley, salt, and pepper in a serving bowl. Drain the pasta and toss with the garlic/parsley mixture. Top with cheese and toss again. Serve with more cheese, if desired.
