Mixed Greens Salad with Gorgonzola Dressing

INGREDIENTS

2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
2 bulbs endive, chopped
1/2 cup walnut pieces
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Combine lettuce, endive, and walnuts in a large salad bowl. Pour vinegar into a small bowl and whisk in extra-virgin olive oil. Stir in gorgonzola. Toss salad with dressing and season with salt and pepper.
