Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds Idaho potatoes, peeled and cooked until tender
3/4 cup hot milk
2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces American cheese, cut into small squares
3/4 cup shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Mash potatoes with 1/2 of the milk and butter. Add cheese, then remaining milk, butter and seasonings. Beat until creamy.
