Tossed Salad with Lime French Dressing

INGREDIENTS 2 quarts salad greens
1 cup shredded raw carrots
1 cup sliced radishes
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1 green pepper, sliced in rings
Toss salad ingredients with Lime French Dressing, using just enough to coat the greens.
LIME FRENCH DRESSING
1 cup salad oil
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oreganoCombine in a covered jar; shake thoroughly. Shake each time before using.
