Brussels Sprouts Tosca

INGREDIENTS

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen Brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt

Melt butter in a saucepan; add frozen Brussels sprouts and salt. Cover tightly and simmer very slowly for 30 minutes or until completely defrosted and leaves of sprouts curl slightly. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Makes 8 servings
