Tossed Salad Romaine

INGREDIENTS

Romaine lettuce
Julienne beets
3-ounces bleu cheese, crumbled

Place the lettuce and the julienne beets in a salad bowl. Serve with French Dressing. Sprinkle with bleu cheese.

FRENCH DRESSING

1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2/3 cup undiluted tomato soup
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup salad oil
2-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons salt

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Beat with a wire whisk or a fork until they are smooth. (If an electric mixer or blender is used, combine all the ingredients in the small bowl and beat at high speed for 4 minutes.)
