Oven-Fried Chicken

INGREDIENTS 3 fryers, disjointed
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
3/4 cup melted butter
3 cups crushed corn flakesSeason chicken pieces with salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Dip in melted butter and then into corn flakes. Place on a greased shallow baking pan, skin-side up.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven, then baste with additional butter. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake for 1 hour longer.
Cook the neck and giblets in seasoned water to cover until tender. Remove the meat from bones and chop fine. Combine with pan drippings and serve separately. If too thick, add stock from giblets.
