Guacamole Salad

On a bed of lettuce, lay slices of avocado and sprinkle with diced tomato, lemon juice and chili powder. Serve with White Wine French Dressing and garnish with minced, cooked bacon. Serve with Fritos.

WHITE WINE FRENCH DRESSING

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon minced onion
Dash of cayenne pepper

Shake all ingredients together. Chill. Serve over Guacamole Salad.
