Beef Cutlets with Prosciutto and Gruyere Cheese

INGREDIENTS 1 recipe Breaded Beef Cutlets
4 slices prosciutto
4 thin slices Gruyere cheese
Chives and red pepper, chopped, for garnishPlace beef cutlets on a baking sheet. Put them under the broiler for 4 minutes on each side.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Top each cutlet with 1 slice prosciutto (you may have to fold it up to fit), and 1 slice of Gruyere cheese. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook for 15 minutes on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
