INGREDIENTS

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

1-1/4 cups fine graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter

Crush graham crackers. Add sugar and melted butter. Mix well. Reserve 1/4 cup of mixture for topping. Press remainder on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill until set.

BANANA PIE

1 (3-1/4-ounce) package Instant Banana Pudding Mix
1 cup milk
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
Fresh bananas

Beat the milk into the pudding mix; then beat in softened ice cream. Slice 1 or more bananas and arrange on bottom of pie crust shell. Pour in the pudding. Chill until firm.

To serve, place overlapping banana slices around the edge of the pie and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
