Baked Potatoes in Herb Sauce

INGREDIENTS

6 Idaho potatoes, washed and dried, uniform in size

Rub potatoes with butter. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 45 minutes or until fork tender. Slash crisscross and serve with sauce.

HERB SAUCE

1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons chopped chives
1-1/2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1-1/2 cups commercial sour cream

Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add chopped chives, parsley and sour cream; mix well. Allow cream to heat but do not boil.
