Tossed Salad with Parmesan Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1 large head lettuce, torn
1/2 cup cauliflower flowerets
1/3 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Parmesan Dressing

Combine lettuce, cauliflower, mushrooms, and radishes in a large bowl; toss gently. Top with onion and crumbled bacon.

Serve salad with Parmesan Dressing.

Makes 8 to 10 servings

PARMESAN DRESSING

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon sugar
3 to 4 tablespoons milk

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.

Makes about 1-1/4 cups
