Oven-Steamed Rice

INGREDIENTS

1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
2 cups canned diluted chicken broth
1 (4-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Pour into a lightly greased 1-1/2 quart casserole.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
