Crumb Cake

INGREDIENTS

3 sticks butter
1-1/2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

CRUMBS

3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 teaspoons cinnamon

Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt and set aside 3 sticks butter.

Mix 1-1/2 cups Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Beat at medium speed, scraping occasionally, and pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, make Crumbs - Mix 3 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 3 teaspoons cinnamon.

With a fork start to pour in melted butter and fluff so crumbs start to form.

After 20 minutes take cake out, sprinkle crumbs on top and return to oven to bake for another 20 minutes.

When cake has cooled, sprinkle on powdered sugar, if desired.
