Buttered Noodles

INGREDIENTS 1 package medium width egg noodles
1/2 cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsleyCook noodles following package directions. Drain. Melt 1/2 cup butter in small saucepan and pour over noodles, tossing thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with some chopped parsley.
NOTE - You may sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over if you like.
