Smoked Turkey and Provolone Croissants

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup Grey Poupon Mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
4 croissants, split horizontally
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
6-ounces deli sliced smoked turkey breast
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
4-ounces deli sliced provolone cheese
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced

In small bowl, blend mustard, mayonnaise, and basil. Spread mustard mixture on cut sides of each croissant.

Layer spinach leaves, turkey, onion, cheese, and tomato on croissant bottoms; replace croissant tops. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 sandwiches
