Lemon-Basil Green Beans

A tasty side-dish for any meal! INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds green beans, fresh or frozen
Lemon wedges, for garnishCombine basil, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour.
If beans are fresh, wash beans, trim ends and remove strings. For frozen or fresh beans, cook in boiling water to cover 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain well.
Let marinade come to room temperature while beans cook. Pour marinade over beans. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 45 minutes. Serve beans at room temperature.
