Italian Salad

INGREDIENTS 1 bag prewashed Italian salad greens
1/2 cucumber, sliced
8 cherry tomatoes, or 1 sliced
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Italian salad dressing or salad dressing of your choiceWash and slice cucumbers, but do not peel. Quarter each cucumber, slice and set aside. Peel, cut in half, and thinly slice onion. Set aside. Quarter the cherry tomatoes, or, if you are using a whole tomato, wash, seed, and chop into small bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Place 1 to 2 cups of the Italian salad greens in the salad bowls or on small salad plates. Divide evenly the cucumber, tomato, and red onion between the salads; then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, if desired. Drizzle the dressing over the salads and serve.
