Greek Salad

INGREDIENTS 3 Roma tomatoes
1/2 English cucumber
1/4 red sweet onion, slivered
3/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup black olives
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Red leaf lettuceCut tomatoes and cucumbers into chunks. Place in a large serving bowl. Add onions, Feta cheese, and olives.
Sprinkle spices over all, then drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and red wine vinegar. Toss and let stand in the refrigerator.
Place lettuce on individual salad plates and top with mixture. Salt and pepper, to taste.
